C. James Wyatt

Born in Crawfordville Ind., Mr. Wyatt was a resident of Trevose for the past 8 years having formerly lived in Philadelphia. Jim was a graduate of Crawfordville High School Class of 1963. After high school he worked as a pressman at Donnalies in Crawfordsville until he enlisted in the Marine Corps where he achieved Platoon Honor Man. During his professional career, Jim worked as an Insurance agent for Cal Farm Insurance Company in Santa Rosa, Calif., where he was awarded Top Salesman each year. He moved his family to Augusta Maine with the American Heart Association and briefly was supervisor for the Lung Association before going to work for the Disabled American Veterans for the past 25 years.
Jim was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He was the recipient of the Purple Heart not only once, but three times for his courageous and meritorious service. He was President of the Maine quarter Horse Assn. for a number of years, plus raised and showed his own Quarter Horses. Even though he was a double amputee Jim enjoyed music, dancing, golf, trap shooting and was a movie buff.
Son of late Cecil James and Opal M. Schanklin Wyatt, brother of the late Sharon Wyatt, Jim is survived by his dear children Thomas W. Wyatt and Timothy J. Wyatt both of California; He is also survived by his loving companion Virginia "Ginny" Rothweiler and her children who loved Jim as a Dad, Gina, Angela, Maria, Selina and Frank.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Graveside Service with Military Honors on Monday March 21, 2005 at 12:30pm at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville PA.
