Mary L. Reynolds passed away peacefully at Chandler Hall Hospice on February 15, 2012 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was 63 years old. She was a 28 year resident of Langhorne, PA and a communicant of St. Bede the Venerable Church.
Born in North Adams, Massachusetts on September 18, 1948, Mary was preceded in death by her parents Louis Desnoyers and Honora “Ann” Mulrooney Desnoyers St. Pierre formerly of North Adams, Massachusetts.
In 2008, Mary retired from the Bensalem Township School District after 38 years as a devoted third grade teacher at Belmont Hills Elementary School. After retiring, she worked at Breezy Point Day School.
Mary enjoyed reading, walking in the park, gardening, and traveling but her favorite times were spent with her loving family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Peter T., sons Michael E. (Nancy Vasta) and William F. (Kristen Senker), and daughter Caroline M. She is the loving grandmother of Jack Vasta Reynolds. Mary is also survived by her three sisters and their families (David) Kathleen Sommers of Bloomsburg, PA, (Fred) Elizabeth Fishman of Holland, PA, and (Edward) Elinor Kelch of Airway Heights, WA.
Mary’s family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 am until her Funeral Mass 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966. Her interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in her name to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940, St. Bede the Venerable Church, at the above address or to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 125 S. 9th St., Suite 202, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

Dear Peter and family, Mary has been a part of my family for over 50 years. We all grew up together in Williamstown and shared many found memories over the years. this has been a very difficult week for us first the passing of William St.Pierre and now his step-sister in the same week. I have many wonderful memories of Mary the i will always cherish close to my heart. my thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time may the good lord bless you all.
