Dear Chris,
Bob and I send our deepest sympathy. Your Bob was kind, gentle, generous and very good neighbor. We are grateful to have known him and are very sorry that his life was cut short by illness.
With Love, Betty and Bob
My family is so deeply saddened by Bob's passing. He was a wonderful, caring, generous and loving friend who brightened our days with just a "hello" on the phone or a warm greeting when we saw him. I have so many wonderful memories of days Harry and I spent together with Bob, Chris and the family on the "Honey Bear", he treated us as part of his family. Harry totally enjoyed and loved those times spent together, as did I. We were blessed to have him in our lives, he was not just a friend, but family to our entire family. He was indeed a remarkable man in so many ways, and to walk in his steps, would be no easy feat. His love of life and those around him will always be in our memories and hearts. I am sure he and Harry will check out that "yacht in the heavens", with Harry documenting it all for us to see someday. Of course it will all be in HD! We love you Bob, and will miss you. Rest in peace and know that the love we have for you will always radiate up to you.
Bob, (as we affectionately refer to as "Grumps"), has always shown such kindness to our family. I will always recall his warm smile and cheerful and welcoming spirit! We also shared "joint custody" of that special lab, Bailey!
Our thoughts are with all of you. I am thankful for the special memories we will always share of a very special man.
With love,
Marisa ,Peter, Lauren and Ryan.
