Robert Clark Strunk

Robert Clark Strunk of Washington Crossing died suddenly
Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at his home. He was 65.
Robert was the beloved husband of 40 years to Nancy Elaine
Janiczek Strunk.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Elmer and Carolyn
Clayton Strunk.
Bob was a former resident of Sellersville before moving to
Washington Crossing in 2004. He was a graduate of Penn State University
and earned his Masters Degree in Engineering from Drexel University. He
was licensed as a Professional Engineer in over 20 states and was a
member of multiple professional associations including; NSPE, AISC, ACI,
ASCE, NCEES and the NCSEA. Bob served in many positions in various
churches throughout his life and was an avid supporter of the Bucks
County Choral Society for many years. In his leisure, he enjoyed playing
pickleball, and was DEVOTED to all of his family. Bob will be deeply
missed by his family and by all who came to know him.
In addition to his beloved wife Nancy, Bob is survived by his children,
Robert Clayton and his wife Lauren of Langhorne and Lisa Diane Strunk of
Santa Barbara, CA. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren,
Gabriel and Violet and his sister, Ruth Curtier Sweeney of Washington
Crossing.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewings from 6:00-8:00
pm on Monday, May 21 st and on Tuesday, May 22 nd from 9:00 am until his
Funeral Service 10:00 am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800
Newtown-Richboro Rd., Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will follow at the
Newtown Cemetery.
