Patricia A. Reese (Porsia)

Patricia A. Reese, of Doylestown, PA died on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 71.

She was the beloved wife of 50 years to Thomas D. Reese.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Maria Piccone Porsia of Richboro and late Edward R. Porsia.

Pat was a selfless person.  She possessed endless amounts of love that she gave to her family, friends and animals both big and small.  She spent the last twenty years running her horse boarding business called Elmwood Farm in New Hope, PA.

She loved the horses and the many people that entrusted those horses to her care. Pat was the heart of the farm.  Where her family visited often, and all were welcome to a heartfelt conversation, jokes, laughter, and a delicious homecooked Italian meal.   

She will be missed dearly by all.

In addition to her devoted husband Tom, she is survived by her three sons, Thomas D. Reese Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Dublin, Michael Reese and his wife Christine of Lambertville, NJ, Jonathan Reese of Morrisville and her sister Diana Porisa of Florida. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren, Gabriel, Gemma and Jackson. 

Her family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 9:00AM until her Funeral Service 11:00 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Ave. New Britain, PA 18901.  Her interment will be held privately at a later date in Doylestown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Shamrock Reins, 32 Ervin Rd, Pipersville, PA 18947, www.shamrockreins.org
