Nancy J. Thumm (Shilling)

Nancy J. Thumm, 88 of Richboro passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Bridges of Warwick on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Nancy has always been a symbol of strength to her family, especially her three children. She had a deep and loyal bond with the people she loved in life. Everything she did, she did with beauty whether she was riding in style in her Cadillac or showing up to impress with her gorgeous red hair. Her grace and charisma won her Miss Northeast in the Miss Philadelphia pageant.  Nancy also had a sharp and mischievous wit. She was quick with her humor which brought class  to her shining personality. She was bold, she loved new adventures and traveling by cruise ship. The love Nancy gave, will go on in those she loved. Her beautiful smile will never be forgotten.

Nancy was survived by her loving children, Deborah Wenclawiak and her husband Paul of Richboro Pa., Steven Weiler and his wife Beth of Newtown Pa.; sister Joan Perry; six grandchildren,  Virginia Wenclawiak, Michael Weiler, (Laurie), Paul Wenclawiak Jr., (Jacqueline), Elizabeth Weiler (Bilel), Alyssa Weiler and Nicholas Weiler; two great grandchildren, Macie and Landyn Weiler.  She was pre deceased by her husband William Thumm, her son Micheal Weiler and her siblings Thelma Doyle, Mildred Bennett, Harold Shilling, and Raymond Shilling Jr.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 10am-11am at the Joseph A. Fluehr, III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road, Richboro, PA. A funeral service will follow. Interment will be at Union Cemetery in Richboro, PA. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Nancy’s name to the ASPCA, https://secure.aspca.org/donate.
