Robert “Bob” Egrie

Robert “Bob” Egrie passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 16, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was 78.

He was the beloved wife of Karen R. Fox Egrie for 54 years.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Stephen and Dorothy Titus Egrie.

Bob was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He has been running his own Plumbing Supply business for 20 years.

In addition to his wife Karen, Bob is survived by his loving daughter Sandie Egrie, his 3 grandchildren; Brandon (Destanie) McCormick, Collin McCormick, and Michael O’Neal, and his 2 great-grandchildren; Konnor and Hazelie. Also he was the youngest brother of six children.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 10:30 AM until his funeral service at 12:30 PM at New Life Christian Church, 4 Freedom Drive, Newtown, PA 18940 with Rev. Dr. Norman J. Leve presiding. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob’s name may be made to Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
