Glen Christian Foster

Glen Christian Foster, of Conshohocken, PA died from an unexpected medical event on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.  He was surrounded by his family at the time of his passing.  He was 38 years old.

Glen will be greatly missed by his parents, Glen and Margaret (Leonard) Foster, his sister and brother-in-law, Kristin Foster and Frederick Hipple II; his brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Abby Foster; and his niece and nephews, Frederick III, Ella and Wes.  He will also be dearly missed by his extended family and many loving friends.

Glen was born in Abington, PA.  He was a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School and attended Bucks County Community College.  Glen had the unique opportunity to be a mascot for the Philadelphia 76ers as ‘Lil G’. Glen’s enthusiasm, passion and natural comedic personality shined through as he brought the 76er’s community together.  After his time with the 76ers Glen starred and appeared in a television series, many commercials and various films.  Most recently, Glen was a successful Corporate Sales Representative for the RS Energy Group.  He was very dedicated to his work and to his customers.  Whether in a stadium, in front of a camera, in a sales meeting or one on one with a perfect stranger Glen was a loving, outgoing, genuine and compassionate man.  He left an impression not soon forgotten.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 8:30 AM until the start of his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM to be held at St. John Bosco Church, 235 E. County Line Road in Hatboro, PA 19040. His interment will take place privately at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.  Also, in honor of Glen and his kind hearted nature, we ask that you perform an act of kindness in his memory.
