Francesco "Frank" Pagano

Francesco “Frank” Pagano of Holland, formerly of Tewksbury Twp. NJ., died peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday February 6, 2021 at Jefferson Warminster Hospice, Warminster. He was 80.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the beloved husband for 56 years to Margaret McDonald Pagano, son of the late Giovanni and Rose Masiello Pagano.

Frank and his wife Margaret have lived in the Bucks County for the past 14 years, having worked in Basking Ridge, New Jersey for over 40 years. Frank as he was known to family and friends was a graduate of Morristown High School, class of 1957 received his under graduate degree in Spanish Literature from Hofstra University and his Master’s Degree in Spanish Literature from Rutgers University.

Frank was a Spanish Language teacher for over 40 years in the Basking Ridge School District. He and his wife have been communicants of St Bede the Venerable Parish for 14 years. Frank was the former Head Wrestling Coach and assistant at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, NJ., and for the past several years, he volunteered his time and talents to the Council Rock South High School Wrestling program. His memory will be an Inspiration to many especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his beloved wife Margaret, Frank is survived by his children: Laura M. Dietrich and her husband Richard, Giovanni “John” Pagano, Kelly Pagano, and William Pagano and his wife Yesenia, he is the proud grandfather of James A. Smith, USMC, Mary and Matthew Smith, Francesco Samuele, Madeleine T. Pagano, Olivia M. Pagano, Jada Rose Pagano and Sebastian Abreu. Great grandfather of Ethan A. and Alexa Smith. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Agatha “Aggie” Ryan and her husband John and Francesca Brumwell and her husband John.

Frank’s family will receive condolences on Sunday February 14, from 2:30pm to 4:30 pm and 6:00pm to 9:00 pm at  the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro and on Monday morning  Feb 15, at St. Bede the Venerable Church 1071 Holland Rd. Holland PA 18966 from 10:00am until his Funeral Mass 11:00am. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery, Newtown.
