Christopher D. Loughner

It is with extremely broken hearts that we are no longer in the company of our wonderful husband, father, brother, family and friend, Chris Loughner (1979 – 2021). Chris was a devoted and loving husband to Kelly Wimble Loughner, and adoring father to their children, Sophia and Cooper. He also leaves his sister Stacy Joslin, her husband Stewart Joslin and his nephews Daniel Joslin and Christian Espasandin. Chris now joins his late parents Terry Loughner and Linda Earnest Loughner, as well as his late sister Kelly.

Chris unexpectedly passed away on April 3rd, after suddenly taking ill.

Whether he was quoting obscure movies (the best of which were made in 1986), yelling at Cris Collinsworth to keep it down during a Steelers game, or offering quick-response snarky comments, Chris was larger than life and his energy filled a room with laughter and joy.  Chris had the ability to relate to anyone and everyone, making them feel welcomed and loved.  He made everyone feel just like family.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Chris’ family on Friday, April 16, 2021, from 5pm-8pm, at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue in New Britain, PA 18901.  Funeral Services will be held privately, although relatives and friends are welcome to join via livestream using a link that may be accessed here, on Saturday, April 17, 2021, just prior to the start of the 1:00pm Funeral Service.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to the college education savings accounts that have been set up for Sophia and Cooper. Checks can be made payable to Ameriprise Financial and forwarded to 2300 E Lincoln Hwy, Suite 140 Langhorne, PA 19047 Attn: Aaron Borstein.
