Genevieve T. Bejzak (Kratson)

Genevieve Bejzak, a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.  She gained her Angel wings April 8, 2022, while sleeping peacefully while in the care of her loving daughter Lorraine. She was in her 99th year.

Genevieve was born on October 23, 1922 she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Wanda Kratson.  Genevieve was married to the love of her life Michael Bejzak for 67 years.  They had three children, six grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

In her earlier years, she was a Crossing guard, seamstress and a homemaker.  Jane worked for over 20 years as Salon Manager for A-Cut-Above 1 & 2. She worked the front reception area taking appointments and entertaining waiting guests. She was always complemented as a wonderful asset to A-Cut-Above Salon.  She was a faithful parishioner of St. Bede the Venerable Church, Holland.

Genevieve was a kind gentle caring person who just loved life. She loved taking car rides to Tyler Park, sitting by the stream watching all the people with their animals, dancing polka & the jitterbug, playing pinochle, crosswords, flowers, saying the rosary, and talking to her sisters every Fri night. The true highlight of her life was seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She spent her final 9 years in the care of her loving daughter Lorraine sharing laughs, listening to music every single am on the hi-fi, even danced when she could while singing together and watching their favorite show Golden Girls.

In addition to her parents, Genevieve was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael Bejzak in 2014, her brother Ferd Kratson, and sisters; Louise Borzatti and Constance Quattrone.
