Mary "Jo" Josephine Coombes (Cook)

Mary Josephine Coombes, “Jo” to family and friends, of Richboro, PA, formerly of Holland, died peacefully on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at Richboro Care Center. She was 95 years old.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth W. Coombes. The couple had many years of love, family memories and were avid travelers until Kenneth’s passing in 2005.

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mary was the daughter of the late Harry Cook and Nora Bell Deem Beswick.

Mary retired from L.S. Ayers department store as a sales manager in Greenwood, IN before moving to Bucks Co in 1986 to be closer to her daughter and family.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Lorenzo and her husband Frank of Holland, PA; her grandsons, Shawn Ragle (Shawn) of Chalfont, PA; and Ryan Ragle (Laura) of Encino, CA; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew and Samantha.

Funeral Services will take place privately, on a future date.
