Beverly A. Frost (Reichard)

Beverly A. Frost, 84, of Chalfont, passed away Friday, June 10, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Armin J. R. Frost.

Born November 3, 1937 in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Mayme (Deibert) Reichard.

Beverly grew up on a farm outside of Allentown, PA.  She had farm animals as pets and led a somewhat storybook life on the farm.  Her father owned show horses as a hobby and therefore Beverly became a talented equestrian – showing horses herself.  She graduated from Allentown High School in 1955 and went on to enroll in the School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1957.  She began work in that field in Bethlehem following graduation, and the following year met her future husband, Armin, then a student at Lehigh University.  Determining that they were meant for each other, they married in March of 1959, as Armin complete his studies.

In October of 1960, as part of Armin’s ROTC commitment, Beverly began her short career as an army wife.  In November 1961, Beverly gave birth to her first borne, daughter Tammy.  In the fall of 1962 now free from active military service, the family returned to the Philadelphia area.  Beverly resumed her motherhood obligations and, never the one to let grass grow beneath her feet, also became part-time breadwinner.

In the late 60’s after her husband had established his fledgling law practice, Beverly became entranced with the real estate aspects of his practice, and in 1968 sat for the licensing examination while with child of her second borne, son, Justin.  The licensing of Beverly as a Real Estate Agent would mark the beginning of what would become a 40-year career in real estate brokerage, a career she absolutely fell in love with and beyond all expectations, excelled at.  The loyalty of those she worked with was an indication of the zeal and dedication that she delivered to her clients.  In 1984 she co-founded the first RE/MAX office in the central Bucks County area – RE/MAX Bucks Country.  She was the Broker of Record and chief recruiter of the franchise.  During her career with RE/MAX she achieved all the sales awards that the international organization established.

In the late 90’s, the partnership sold the franchise and Beverly transitioned toward retirement by affiliating with the Doylestown Weidel office and established many friends while there.

Following a full transition to retirement in the early 2000’s, Beverly enjoyed “snowbirding” to Florida at their condominium on Marco Island.  Typically, she made many lasting friendships on the island.

The family would like to express their appreciation and gratitude to the staff at The Garden at the Pine Run Health Center for the warm, loving, and compassionate care that Beverly received during her 28 month stay as a resident.

Along with her husband, Armin, Beverly is survived by two children, Jeffrey Justin Frost and Tammy A. Frost; and three grandchildren, Jessica, Addie, and Riley.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family June 21, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. until her funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain.  Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Beverly’s name can be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, https://www.alz.org
