Beatrice "Bunny" Mary Heim (Moresi)

Beatrice “Bunny” Heim, of Holland, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 18, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of 52 years to Louis "Bud" Heim.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Beatrice Perna and her husband, Dr. Carmen A. Perna, and the late Louis J. Moresi.

Bunny was a proud alum of St. Matthew’s grade school, St. Basil’s Academy, the Pennsylvania State University, and Gratz College. A cheerleader and dancer growing up, Bunny (Señora Heim) was a dedicated Spanish teacher of nearly three decades in the Bristol Township School District, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and the Hatboro-Horsham School District, as well as coaching cheerleading and teaching English Language Learners at night. When not in the classroom, Bunny loved spending summers in Longport with her family, traveling the world, enjoying her vacation club in Disney World, and socializing with her numerous friend groups. Above all else, Bunny loved being a devoted wife to her high-school sweetheart, raising her children, and being a loving “GB” to her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her four sons; Jason Heim and his wife Adele, Michael Heim and his wife Megan, Shaun Heim (and his late wife Erin Heim), Nicholas Heim and his wife Elizabeth. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; Rhianna, Michael Carmen, Bryan, Cara Rae, Jameson, Jonathan, Harley, and Nora Bea, and her aunt Rae (Dolly) Perna.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Louis Moresi and his wife Maria.

Her family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 10:00am until her funeral mass 12:00pm in St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966. Her interment will be held privately at a later date.
