Thomas Mancini

Thomas V. Mancini of New Hope, PA died suddenly at his home on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. He was 33.

Born in Solebury, PA Thomas was the cherished son of James and Laura Mancini. A 2007 graduate of New Hope Solebury High School, Thomas ventured in sales before returning back to the family business to work alongside his brothers and father, where he assumed a leadership role in the construction company and excelled in job sales.

Known to be the “real” Mayor of New Hope, Thomas knew everyone and had strong ties to the community he loved and lived in his entire life. He was a volunteer fireman, whose fundraising efforts led to the building and expansion of their newest building. He was also one of the youngest to receive the National Association of Search and Rescue Sartech Level 1 certification in the state of Pennsylvania as well as Swiftwater Rescue Certified. He encouraged many friends and his little brother to join the force.

He was a devoted uncle, brother and son who spent most of his time alongside his family who loved him deeply. Thomas was the person you called for every and any reason. Whether you had a funny story to share, needed advice or support, or were in need of someone to just listen, he always had the answers and the reaction you were looking for.  Good at all things, knowledgeable about everything and smarter than most, Thomas was truly one of a kind. He was the consummate people person. Thomas could talk to and relate to anyone, and was adored by all who were lucky enough to know him.

He enjoyed being active, spending time at the beach, boating, fishing, animals, designer everything, and spending time with his friends; but most of all he loved time with his family. Thomas lived his life in the pursuit of helping others. To make others happy, to know others were taken care of and cared for, is what made Thomas feel fulfilled. His laugh was loud, his smile was infectious and he brought so much joy to everyone who knew him. We are all better people, for having had Thomas in our lives.

In addition to his parents Jim and Laura, Thomas is survived by his loving brothers and sisters; James Mancini Jr. and his wife Fernanda of Chalfont, PA, Megan Mancini of Novato, CA, Kristy M. Asral and her husband Evren of Lower Gwynedd, and Anthony Mancini of Doylestown.  He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Ashley, Santiago, Juan, Madison, Liam, Margeaux, and Juliette, his great niece Serena, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved dog, Stella.

Thomas’ family will receive friends on Thursday evening, July 14, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00PM in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901.  His interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Liam’s fundraiser for the American Lung Association Pop Pop's Platoon Fundraising Page
