Leo Francis Martin

On Saturday, July 16, 2022, Leo F. Martin, loving husband and father of four children, passed away at age 77.

Leo was born on July 27, 1944 in Philadelphia, to the late Leo F. and Rose Marie (Ferrante) Martin. Warm, generous, kind, and loving - this is how he has been described by those closest to him and how he will be remembered.  Leo had a long and prosperous career as a sales professional and eventually became the owner of James Martin Company. His pinnacle of business success was ensuring the future of James Martin Company, by mentoring the next generation of leaders, his two sons Eric & Matthew.  He was a true friend to many, a sports enthusiast, an amazing dancer who loved Frank Sinatra, a phenomenal brother, uncle and pop pop, a dedicated father and most importantly, a devoted husband.

Along with his wife, Mary Ann, Leo is survived by four children, Peter Martin of Brigantine, NJ, Eric Martin (Jamie) of Washington Crossing, PA, Leanne DiDomenico (Justin) of Washington Crossing, PA, and Matthew Martin (Stephanie) of Richboro, PA; five grandchildren, Erica, Addison, Téa, Madelena, and Theodore; a sister, Patricia Hennessy (Robert); and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Friday, July 22, 2022 from 10:00 am until the funeral mass at 11:30 am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Leo’s name can be made to Cure PSP, https://www.psp.org/iwanttohelp/ .   This organization is leading the way in research to help cure the disease that took Leo from us.
