James M. Sparks

James M Sparks, of Erieville, NY, died Sunday, July 24, 2022 at the Syracuse VA Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. He was 83 years old.

James was the beloved husband of Rosemary E (Bergbauer) Sparks. The couple had shared 53 years of friendship, fond memories, family and love. They built their family and spent many years in Montgomery County, PA.

Born in St. Louis, MO, James was the son of the late Oscar W and Helen (Brown) Sparks. In addition to his wife Rosemary, James will be missed by his sons and daughters-in-law, James M and Brenda Sparks and Robert W and Melissa Sparks; his grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha, Anna and Jason. He is also survived by his sister, Betty Burkett.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet James’ family on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Joseph A Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown Richboro Rd (at Holland Rd) in Richboro, PA 18954. His interment, with military honors, will take place at 2:00pm at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
