Karen A. Lamay (Doherty)

Karen A. Lamay, 74, of Feasterville, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Daniel V. Lamay for 51 years.

Born June 22, 1948 in Queens, NY, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Nora (Coleman) Doherty.

Karen loved being with her family and was happiest when she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She loved practicing her French, and would often dance and sing in French to cheer you up. Karen also loved cooking, and making sure no one ever left her house hungry.

Along with her husband, Daniel, Karen is survived by two children, Brian Lamay (Alexandra) of Somerdale, NJ and Michelle Giere (Daniel) of Downingtown; two grandchildren, Ezra and Max; and a sister, Noreen Alvarado.

Karen was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Doherty.
