Eileen P. Lynch (McKee)

Eileen P. Lynch (nee McKee) of Warrington, PA passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Neshaminy Manor Home. She was 87.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was one of 10 children to the late John and Margaret McKee (nee O‘NeiII) and mother of the late James J. Lynch.

Eileen grew up in Philadelphia and was blessed to be part of a large extended family. She was fortunate to be surrounded by lots of care and love and was very close with many, especially her cousin Tom Concannon. In the early 2000’s she moved to Center Square Towers in Doylestown and easily made friends. Her genuine, kind, outgoing and witty personality was enjoyed by a wide group of friends especially those who played pinochle and bingo with her.

Those who knew her knew that Eileen‘s friendship was steadfast and unwavering, however, it was biased. If you supported a different team than the Phillies or were her opponent at the pinochle table she showed no mercy. This was not personal; it was simply that she was competitive.

Her competitiveness and love of family along with all of her other wonderful and genuine traits will long be remembered and appreciated by her family and friends.

Eileen is survived by her son Daniel F. Lynch of California and her two sisters Evelyn Pearce of Virginia and Anna McDonnell of Warwick, PA. In addition to her son James, she was also predeceased by her siblings: John McKee, Mary White, Rose Donnelly, Francis McKee, Vera Gallagher, Kathleen Brennan and Joan Snyder. Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday evening, September 22, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Rd), New Britain, PA 18901 and on Friday, September 23, 2022 at St. Jude Church from 10:30 AM until her Funeral Mass, 11:30 AM at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Avenue, Chalfont, PA 18914. Her interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal, 475 East Chelten Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144-5785.
