Patricia Helen Dembinski (Zierer)

November 23, 1932 – October 31, 2022

 

On Monday, October 31, 2022, our beloved mother Patricia Helen Dembinski 89 years old passed to join her deceased husband Paul H. Dembinski and her three sons, Thomas, Paul and James. 

Patricia is survived by four children and spouses and a daughter-in-law.  Richard and Dian Dembinski, Margaret and Jeffrey Carr of Cresco, PA, Liz and Bob Lloyd of Yardley, PA, Matthew and Jeanette Dembinski of Lake Harmony, PA and Kathleen Dembinski of Stroudsburg, PA.  She also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Patricia was born in Bronx, New York on November 23, 1932 by parents William and Anna Zierer.  Patricia being the last child had two brothers, William and Michael Zierer and one sister Anna Hendricksen all deceased.  She met Paul Dembinski in New York where they were married on June 6, 1950.

They raised seven children, Richard, Thomas deceased, Paul deceased, James Joseph deceased, Margaret, Elizabeth and Matthew.  In 1972, they were offered to start a construction company.  In two packed cars, kids, birds and dogs moved to the Poconos to start new lives there.  The company Oakridge Construction was founded and run by Patricia, Paul and their two sons, James Joseph and Matthew.  Patricia branched out to start an interior design shop that helped blend the two businesses together.  Patricia did extensive traveling, mostly to the Caribbean, Florida, West Coast, all of Europe and Canada.  She had a soft spot for all her dogs.  Her last surviving dog, Henry, who will miss her immensely.

She is truly loved and will be missed. Rest in peace Mom.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Monday, November 7, 2022 from 9:00 – 10:30am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd) Richboro, PA 18954 and to her Funeral Mass 11:00am at The Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940.  Her interment in Our Lady of Czestochowa with her husband and sons, will take place privately.
