Charlotte L Pedersen

Charlotte L. Pedersen, 91, of Doylestown, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022.

She was born June 12,1931 in Moravia, Iowa, and raised in Galesburg, IL. She was a daughter of the late Clifford and Fern (Main) Lovell.

Charlotte was a long - time resident of Bucks County and a founding member of St. John’s United Methodist church in Ivyland, PA.

She was a Registered Nurse at Holy Redeemer Hospital for 45 years, spending most of her years there as a Labor and Delivery nurse. 

She spent many hours as a volunteer with Single Volunteers of Bucks County, where she enjoyed working at the Churchville Nature Center and other events.

Charlotte had many interests.  She enjoyed music, gardening, bird watching, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.  She loved to travel and has been all over the world. 

She had a loving and kind heart, and a grace that was felt by every life she touched. 

She was devoted to her family, who misses her presence every day.

Survivors include three daughters; Sandra Wiggins (Bill) of Newtown, Joni Payne (Jon) of Danville, and Noreen Pedersen (Bob Harman) of Bristol; six grandchildren, Michael, Ryan (Anna) Melissa, Lindsay, Dana (Michael), and Leah (Lafayette); eight great-grandchildren, Brantley, Madison, Marley, Isaiah, Dylan, Mason, Emilia, and Deyvon; and one great-great-grandchild, Aaron.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Pedersen; and a great-granddaughter, Faith.

Family and friends are invited to greet the family, Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 11:00 AM until her funeral service at 12 PM at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 820 Almshouse Rd., Ivyland, PA  18974.  Interment will be private.
