Daniel C. Delacourt III

Daniel C. Delacourt III, 75, of Holland, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Susan E. (Duff) Delacourt.

Born May 26, 1947 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Daniel C. and Ruth E. (Morris) Delacourt, Jr.

A longtime Bucks County resident, Dan was a Pennsbury High School graduate. Dan bravely and proudly served in the Army, as a Combat Engineer during the Vietnam War. He made his living as a master carpenter for almost 60 years, until his retirement. Dan met his wife - and partner in life – Sue, at Sunday church services. The pair settled in Holland, PA where they lovingly raised their family over their 50 years together.

Along with his wife Susan, Daniel was survived by four children; Cynthia (Richard), Joseph, Michelle, and Daniel (Lauren); two grandchildren, Easton and Charlotte; a sister, Elaine, and niece, Lisa.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Tuesday, December 6 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.), Richboro. There will be an additional viewing at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, 65 E. Street Road, Feasterville, on Wednesday, December 7 from 10:30am until the funeral service at 11:30am. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown at 1:30pm.

>Contributions in Daniel’s name can be made to an animal rescue or a Veteran’s charity of your choosing.
