Maureen L. Peruzzi (Janos)

Maureen L. Peruzzi, of Lower Gwynedd, PA, died peacefully on Monday, March 13, 2023. She passed following a life devoted to her family and loved ones, and at the very hospital in which she welcomed all four of her children into the world.

Born in 1949, Maureen was daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred Janos, and sister of the late Patricia Simmers and Kathleen Carter. She is survived by her brother Joseph Janos and her sisters Teresa Heston and Carol Urbanski.

Maureen was the loving wife of the late Robert V. Peruzzi, Jr., M.D., her husband of almost 25 years prior to his death in 1998. She was “Mom” to four children, Susanne, Bobby, Andrea, and Michael, and “Grandma” to six grandchildren, Mark, Jenna, Luke, Sebastian, Gabriella, and Eliza. She had special relationships with each, supported them unconditionally, and loved them with all her heart.
