Janice L. Burton

Janice L. Burton, 76, of North Wales, went home to be with Our Lord on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Robert David Burton, Sr.

Born September 11, 1946, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Dorothy Marie (Loucks) Reinert, Sr.

Janice always had a little twinkle in her eyes and had a special way of bringing her family around a table to celebrate life and eat good food. She loved to laugh, enjoy her grandchildren, play games, and get good deals on everything she bought.

She loved the Phillies and some of her favorite memories were when the whole family would go to a game together. Going down the shore and enjoying the beach was another favorite past-time and we will always think of her when our feet hit the sand.

Janice was a true example of Christ’s unconditional love for her family. She will be missed greatly, but as she said many times during her final days, we will see her at the Table in Heaven again someday.

Along with her husband, David, Janice is survived by three children, R. David Burton, Jr. (Stephanie), Todd Burton (Tiffany), Kimberly Reyes (Elias); six grandchildren, Ricardo (Andrea), Robert III, Ross, Ryder, Sophia, and Mateo; and a great-grandchild, Dylan.

Janice had 12 siblings Dorothy (deceased), William, Marjorie, Louisa (deceased), Donna (deceased), Leslie (deceased), David, Thomas (deceased), Kevin, Cheryl, Kathleen, and Edna Mae.

Visitation with the family will occur on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm with a service following at Keystone Montgomeryville 427 Stump Rd. North Wales. Interment will be held privately.
