Evelyn G. Sohn (Savage)

Evelyn G. Sohn (Savage) of Churchville, PA passed away on June 1st, 2023 at the age of 90.


Evelyn was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Lester and Sophie Savage (Engelbert).


She enjoyed traveling with her late husband Ray, supporting her grandkids at their activities. Ray and Evelyn volunteered in multiple ways to support the community such as shopping for, preparing and delivering meals to those in need.


She was the loving wife of the late Raymond F. Sohn. Evelyn is survived by her children Stephen (Tracy) and Joyce McGettigan (Jeff Andres); grandchildren, Christie & Jason Sohn, Ray McGettigan (Marisa), Brian McGettigan (Bethany), Vanessa Cipolla (Marco), Carolyn McGettigan, and Elaine Kern (Jonathan). Evelyn also has ten great grandchildren.


Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 11:30am-12pm at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. The funeral mass will follow. Interment will be private.


Evelyn was quite the animal lover, keeping with her spirit the family requests that in lieu of flowers donations go to Crossing Paths Animal Rescue, PO Box 497, Yardley, PA 19067.
