Dennis Carfagno

Dennis J. Carfagno (80) of Langhorne, PA died peacefully surrounded by family at St. Mary Medical Center on Thursday, September 7, 2023.

Dennis was the beloved husband of 52 years to Lois M. Carfagno (nee Beyer).

Born and raised in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Catherine Carfagno (nee Burke).

Dennis was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In his earlier years, Dennis enjoyed CB Radio Communications as well as learning and communicating using Morse Code. He was an avid amateur photographer, and enjoyed building electronics, model trains and looking down range and enhancing his marksmanship skills at both the Holmesburg Fish and Game Club and the Falls Township Rifle and Pistol Association.  Above all, Dennis truly cherished the times spent with his beloved family and dear friends. He was well known for his sense of humor which was never diminished despite his illness. Dennis will be greatly missed, but eternally loved and remembered by everyone who has had the pleasure to have been in his life and loved by him.

In addition to his beloved wife Lois, Dennis is survived by his loving and devoted daughters Jennifer DeYoung and her husband Shawn of Philadelphia and Michelle Carfagno of Newtown.  He is also survived by his two adoring grandchildren Ryan and Nicole DeYoung.

Services and interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (link: Alzheimer's Association Donation).
