Condolences for Nicholas D. Gallo

Celia GalloFriday, January 15th

Daddy my heart is broken that you are gone. How blessed I am to have had you as my Dad. Your strength, love and devotion to everyone you met was truly once in a lifetime. You always put everyone else first whether it was family, friends or even people you did not know that needed help, and never asked for anything in return. You have saved and touched so many lives with your kindness and fierce commitment to protecting those you loved. You were a true inspiration of goodness and never ending strength. You always made sure those around you were smiling and safe! I know you are lightening up Heaven with your beautiful smile and laughter. Love and miss you Daddy! xoxo Celia

Oh my dear Uncle Nick. You were always the light in the room the funny guy and someone everyone wanted to be around. We will miss you so much. Your family, Wife and daughters and son-in-law were there for us daily when we lost my mother Dorothea your sister-in-law 1 year ago. Now another light is put out. God has a plan for us all and someday we will all be together for the BIG family reunion in God's light. Rest peacefully my Uncle Nick.

Grandpop – thank you so much for setting the best example of what a man, husband, father, and grandfather should be. You were the best grandpop I could ever ask for and I’ll always cherish all the fun we had and the laughs we shared. The next time I see Dan, we’ll be cracking open the John Wayne whiskey bottle in your honor. Love always, Your Grandson - Little Matt

Uncle Nick was a beautiful soul. Love was all around him. His smile made you smile. His hugs were the best. I am so sorry I was not able to be there today. I love you all. Sending all of you my love and prayers. We are all blessed that he was a part of our lives.

My Dearest Uncle Nick, I was privileged to grow up in such a close knit Italian family and got to spend so much time with my Aunts, Uncles and cousins. I cherish the past when we were all together, young, carefree and we had a lot of life ahead. But with the blink of an eye the years have gone by.. I miss the good old days and I will surely miss your warm smile & your jokes and laughter. Till we meet again, Love You.

I just found out about Nicks passing. I work with him for almost 10 years, that was over 20 years ago. Nick was a great guy and was truly like a father figure to me. I am truly saddened with the news. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Gallo family and offer my condolences.
