Wanting to express my sympathies to the Lombardi family.
I have many memories of Junior visiting my Aunt Doris while she lived in Pennsauken. And of course his mom and dad visiting my grandfather, Joe Melfi.

I just learned of Dr Lombardi’s passing. As a nursing student at Holy Family in 1977, I had the privilege of being in his class. Coming from a public school I struggled. Dr Lombardi inspired a love for English that I enjoy to this day. He remains in my daily prayers. I am profoundly sorry for your loss.
