Regina and I were shocked to learn of the passing of our good friend and former neighbor Paul Cell. I first meet Paul at the old Philadelphia Electric Co. North Philly office in the meter ticket department where Paul took me under his wing. When my wife and I were looking for a home, Paul told me of a house for sale on his block which we purchased. Paul was a great neighbor always there with a word of advice or to lend a hand when needed. Paul set a fine example as a family man and an outstanding father. Regina and I thought so highly of Paul that we asked him to be the Godfather of our son Matthew, which he became. Paul was a Christian Gentleman. He will be sorely missed by his wife Dolly, sons, Paul, David and Daniel, family. friends and others whom he touched during his lifetime. Go with God Paul Cell and Rest in Peace.
