Dear Chas,

We are so sorry and saddened to hear of Jenny’s passing. Our prayers for peace and comfort to surround you and your family are being poured out as I type.
Jenny will always be remembered as a spitfire, who was also wonderful at offering comfort and love in both the best and worst of times. May she rest in her loving Lord’s arms.

I am so deeply saddened at the loss of my dear friend. Jenny was a beautiful soul with a very loving, giving heart. Nothing was more important to her than her devoted husband Chas and her two beloved children, Owen and Carolyn. I had the privilege to know her for 40+ years and there are so many memories, stories and adventures that we shared. Those memories will always bring a smile to my face. She was sarcastic (something we had in common) and wickedly smart. She was a strong woman who was not afraid to share her opinion. Jenny was also a nurturing mother and that was by far her favorite role. I know becoming a grandmother was a dream come true for her and I’m so very saddened that her time with Daphne was so brief. She will be deeply missed but her cherished dogs in heaven will welcome her with love and affection. I hope you all take comfort in the love and impact she had on so many others. Hers was a life well lived. Love to all of you.

Madeline JurchMonday, October 3rd

The whole Jurch and Seeburger family was so sad to hear of your wonderful mother, wife, sister and friend’s passing. We have donated to THON in her honor of her. Your family will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Lots of love!

I was greatly saddened to learn just today that Jenny had died in September. I intend to write a proper if belated letter to Chas. I have also been passing the news along to some of Jenny's classmates who were my students in Middle East history. I would be grateful to Fluehr if this note could be communicated to Chas., Owen, and Carolyn, all of whom I met at least briefly. If I get contact information for any one of them, especially Chas., I will write directly to him or her.
