Bud was indeed a "Buddy" to many people he met. Almost always smiled, and tried to lighten the mood wherever he met. Spoke often of his wife and daughter, and he was very proud of both. He was a quiet leader, and rather than telling us, he led by example. Very talented with his hands, starting with automotive skills, and ascending to his talents in computer repairs. He was known as "Uncle Bud" to our children and to many neighborhood kids, as he was the unofficial neighborhood repair specialist for all needing repairs. Loved to golf and was an excellent baseball player for many years. He was always one of the good guys and will be missed by many.
RIP my "Buddy" and thank you for being an important part of my life over the past 50 years.
Love you.
Bob
