Mark was such an amazing kind person. Every now & then I would see him in the elevator and he would say hey Val, what’s up. I had no idea and I am at a loss for words We are extending heartfelt prayers & condolences to his family and the SEPTA family at this time. Mark made you feel like family. This is a shock, you always spoke to me, praying for the family.

I'm so sad to hear of Mark's passing. He will be missed at SEPTA for all the good, loyal, dependable and accountable hard-working person he was. Mark was there for everyone. Mark went above and beyond to make sure you had what you needed to survive in SEPTA. He even told me how to make great fried chicken with a brown bag. I will always remember Mark when using my brown bag for fried chicken.
