My Aunt Mary was light to the world. I first met her as a kid living in Oregon & she exuded warmth & love. She was so pretty & her smile brightened everyones day. When I was training in PA with Merck in 1992, she was so encouraging & reassuring to me. She was my rock during that time, I don’t think I would have gotten through training without her support. I will miss you Aunt Mary!

“I will remember her laughter!”
I was lucky enough to know Mary for many years, she was my next door neighbor at the beach in Avalon.
We would walk up to a parade together, or walk the beach or stand out front and chit chat forever, admire her flowers and just laugh. I will remember her laughing out on her deck the most. She would have old friends come and they would giggle away the hours. She would always tell me when Jennifer and her grandsons were arriving because she was so excited she could hardly contain herself. She loved playing with those boys on the beach.
Every morning and every evening when I walked out on my deck she would yell over, Hi Eileen!
The care she received in her last years by her daughter and son in law was commendable.
Nineteenth street will definitely be a bit dimmer this summer without the sparkle of Mary on our street. 💔 ET

Mary and I knew each other for many years while at Merck and became fast friends. As my direct boss for a number of years, she was beautiful not only on the outside but on the inside. She was generous, thoughtful, well respected, smart, fair, graceful, and a good leader. A very genuine "people person" who always reached out and wanted to know you as a person- not just an employee! We had a very special work relationship & both being "down to earth" so to speak, had many laughs behind closed doors about this person & that!!! I admire her for being one of the first, if not the first, woman Merck Sales Representative who worked hard to break barriers to reach her final position in the Company. God rest your soul & somehow, someway, someday, I hope we'll meet again because you are an Angel!
