There aren’t enough words to describe what a wonderful person Joanne was. My love for her was not simply because she was my cousin, it was for the person that she was. She inspired me and taught me how a mother should be. And in many ways after her own mother passed, she replaced her in my life and gave me good motherly advice when I needed it. Unfortunately we didn’t see each other but once in the last 20 years but we kept in touch even if it was through social media. I looked forward to my Christmas card from her every year, this past being the first time I didn’t receive one, getting to see all of her grandchildren growing up as they were her pride and joy.
My heart hurts for all of you, Tommy and I both loved Joanne and simply want to offer our heartfelt condolences to all of you! I will always think of Joanne as I did her mother with admiration and love for the time they took with me to make sure that I took the right path in life and the life skills they taught me, especially how to be a good mother and grandmother. RIP Joanne ❤️

Dear Tony, Michele, Anthony and Chrissy. We are deeply saddened to hear of Joanne's passing. Even though our lives led us on different paths as our children grew we will always cherish our memories of times spent with your family during Upper Makefield baseball and softball games, random picnics up on the "hill", swim parties, and celebrating milestone birthdays.
May God bless you and comfort you during this difficult time.
Fondly,
Carol and Jeff Ogborn
