I am so sorry for your loss. He was a very special person, that I was honored to have met.
Condolences for Salvatore Prisco
Sal was a wonderful brother. He was also like a second father to me. He took me to my first Yankees game, the Bronx Zoo and the Museum of Natural History. He was a great mentor to me and helped me decide on my college choices.
We had so many loving family events together with our parents and sister Barbara.
I couldn't ask for a better brother. I will miss hearing big brother's voice while discussing with him all subjects, not the least of which were the latest Yankees win or loss.
To say we were shocked to hear the news of the untimely passing of Sal is an understatement. Sal was a very special man; a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. We enjoyed his company - his wit, his vast knowledge and his love of animals. We send our heartfelt condolences to cousin Dorothy and Lisa and family. May Sal RIP. 💔
From our family to yours, we are sending LOVE and prayers!! Sal was a wonderful, kind man that I was blessed to spent a few holidays with. He has raised a beautiful daughter who he loved very much! We are praying you find strength in this difficult time but know he is safe in the arms of the Lord!
We are very sorry to hear of the passing of our beloved cousin Sal (butchie) Our Prayers and sympathies go to you and your family
With deepest sympathies

Sal was my first cousin and I remember him as being a kind, generous person with a quick wit. You had to listen carefully, ignore the din of other conversations taking place and if you did you were treated to one liners that could rival any comedian on the Johnny Carson Show. But more than that he was thoughtful in the way he expressed himself. If you needed advice or his opinion he didn't deliver it with an anvil, it was advice not a lecture. He was a one of a kind human and I will miss him greatly.
Lisa and I have been friends for 30 plus years. She is like family to me. Sal was always so warm and welcoming to me, from the first time we met. I’m so sorry to Lisa and the entire family for his passing. He will be missed.
The Best Big Brother anyone could have. You will always be the cowboy and I will always be the Indian.
Love,
Barbara😘
Dorothy, Lisa, Chris and two lovely grandchildren Matthew and Lilianna. It is with a heavy heart I send this.
May God in his infinite mercy comfort you in this time of sorry.
Love,
Frances
