Our moms were very close in heart but far in distance. But they loved each other and each other's families very deeply. And those feelings have carried on to our generation.
I've heard only the best and most heartwarming things about you and feel it is my great misfortune for not being closer to you and knowing you better. I hope, when the time comes, I may be lifted on angels wings to meet you, my dear cousin.

God bless you.

Condolences to the family. It was a pleasure knowing Chuck the past 40-plus years both as a municipal law expert when I was a staffer at the BCPC and a fun fellow poker player on Friday nights back in the early days. RIP 🙏
