Janet was not only the mother of one of my best friends, but she was part of the gang and a true friend. She was fun and her laugh always made you feel good. Similar to my own family, she endured some internal family trauma over the years, but was the glue that kept everything together. The beauty of her smile, her soul and spirit shall be sorely missed. She had a full life, and for that she was blessed. She lives on through her children and the memories within all of us. God bless Janet!
Condolences for Janet M. Nebhut (Salem)
Our deepest condolences to the Nebhut family. Our Aunt Janet was a special lady. She was beautiful inside and out. We shared so many memories with her and her family and we were always together for Christmas dinner (except for 1 year due to Covid). Our grandmother (Nanny) started the tradition and then we moved to Aunt Janet’s house. They were both excellent cooks! Then Christmas dinner moved to our house after Uncle Carl passed away. Aunt Janet was so kind and very caring. I remember how she took care of our Nanny at her house when she was sick. I remember her love for her family, for her dogs and most recently out phone conversations where we would laugh about old times. She was the last of that generation and she will be greatly missed. With love, Carol and Christie family
