My memories of Ellen Atkinson are filled with her lovely smile, her wonderful sense of humor, her always practical and good advice, and most memorably the joy she spread wherever she went! We will miss Ellen, a caring and terrific neighbor and friend.
I hope that sweet and bright memories of Ellen's life and times are comforting to you all at this time of grief and loss.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved Ellen. I know she was a wonderful and caring person. You certainly know that I share many of the feelings you are having at this time. It is very easy for people to tell you that it's OK Ted, Ellen is up in Heaven now. I know with all my heart that my Barbara is up in Heaven with our Lord and I am sure your Ellen is up there too.
