Condolences for Marcia Lee Black

Jill ForetWednesday, July 31st

Marcia
You were the mother of my very first friend and my very first neighbor. I will miss you dearly and I hope you are reunited in peace with your loving husband. I will always remember you.

Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. Dave and I met Mike and Marcia when we had our home built through Black Construction and a relationship developed. We were at their wedding and different gatherings at the home in Lumberton. Many years had passed when we lost contact. Then one day Marcia came into my office at Princeton Univ. from that day we would have the occasional lunch to discuss life changes and her love for all of her children, stepchildren, grandchildren and Mike. She was proud of you all. She would tell me about their timeshare in Saint Thomas and how nice the break was. Now she & Mike are together forever. She will be missed. Dave & Lori

To the Family of Marcia Lee Black

I was so saddened, and not by happenstance, but certainly by divine intervention to learn of Marcia’s passing at the exact time of the beginning of her memorial service.

Marcia was most personable, genuine and caring. From family reunions and grand birthday celebrations to catching up on the latest family events and exchanging photos, we stayed in touch. Marcia always made me feel welcome and as a cousin of Mike I felt as close as a brother-in-law.

You are in our thoughts and prayers as we are all trying to understand why she was taken from us.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Alongside Mike, Marcia Lee Black will rest in peace. May God cradle her in his loving hands and through his grace give her everlasting life.

Ronald and Karen Black (California)
