Aunt Agnes was a wonderful woman.
My father was her husband's brother Joseph, and we used to visit Aunt Agnes and Uncle Al and the kids, Al, Bertie and Angie, during the summers in Philadelpia.
Aunt Agnes had the incredible gift of making each person feel loved and very special. When she gave you a hug, you melted in her arms. And she always fed you with the most delicious food.
Aunt Agnes was a model of Christian charity. It would be an answer to prayer for me if I were able to convey even a fraction of the love and warmth to my nieces and nephews that she conveyed to us.
May Aunt Agnes rest in peace, in the loving company of her dear husband Al and daughter Angie.
