Nicole A. Mascaro
Nicole A. Mascaro, of Churchville, died on March 19, 2021 after a long illness. She was 54 years old.
Born in Englewood, New Jersey, she was the loving daughter of Kathryn (Schaub) Mascaro and the late Philip Mascaro.
Niki was extremely adventurous, well-traveled, and well cultured. She lived life to the fullest and was a free spirit with a heart bigger than the ocean. Anyone who was lucky enough to know her knew how generous she was. Niki may have been tiny, but she was a ball of fire dressed in pink. She had a sparkly disposition until she took off her stiletto and hit you in the head with it. The calm to her crazy seemed to be her grandchildren, Jordan, Tayler, and Meadow. They put her all the way in “Meme” mode. She was also very close with her nephew, Aidan, whom she lived with.
Niki may have lived in Pennsylvania with her sister Susan and nephew Aidan for the last year plus, however, her heart was and always will be in Oklahoma with the love of her life, Bob Meyer. She was a country girl with city blood coursing through her veins.
Niki’s favorite day of the year was April Fools’ Day. No one was safe! She would call you at 12:01 a.m. just to make sure she got you. And no matter how you swore this year she wouldn’t fool you, somehow she always did.
Please know that Niki is in Heaven with the God she so dearly loved.
In addition to her mother, Nicole is survived by her loving daughter and her spouse, Shatia and Jordan Howell along with their 3 children; by her brother, Jason Mascaro; by her sister, Susan Rubinacci and her son; and sister, Kelsey; and by her Uncle Larry and Aunt Sylvia
