Brady Clifton McKelvey

Brady Clifton McKelvey, of Upper Black Eddy, PA died on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Doylestown Hospital. He was 33. Born in Doylestown, PA, he was the son of James Lynch and Janis Fay Young McKelvey of Tinicum.

Brady lived life to the fullest, and always wanted everyone around him to be happy. He rode horses, bowled competitively, and was involved in Special Olympics PA. He was the treasurer of the Lion’s Leo Club, a Boy Scout, and a volunteer in his community. He was a dancer with his Special Performers group. He helped feed the homeless and made quilts for disabled veterans. When he wasn’t busy, he spent his time with his family of whom he was very close. Brady may have spent a short time on this Earth, but through the lives he changed and the people he touched he will live on as none can forget Brady the gentle giant.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his brother Casey James McKelvey of Riegelsville, PA.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later time when we can all gather safely without any restrictions.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to One Step at a Time Therapeutic Riding Program, PO Box 125, Bristol PA 19007.
