Edward M. Ducie

Edward M Ducie, lifelong resident of Philadelphia, passed away  Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at ProMedica of Oxford Valley. He was 84 years old.

Predeceased by his parents,  Michael and Catherine (Horan) Ducie, Edward was  the loving brother of the late Sr. Mary Theresa Ducie, SSJ.

Edward enjoyed  being part of  a close loving family and especially enjoyed his  trips to Wildwood Crest, the Poconos,  and to the Outer Banks, where good times were always had and good memories made.

Edward will be missed tremendously by his beloved sister, Kathleen Arnoldy and best friend and brother-in-law,Walter; his nieces, Kathleen Anella (Thomas), Theresa Weldin (David), and Maureen Arnoldy (Dennis Kovitch). He will be fondly remembered by his great nephews, Thomas W Anella and Michael A Anella.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Edward’s family from 9:00am, until the start of his Funeral Mass, 10:00am, on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 8504 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136. Edward’s interment will immediately follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sisters of Saint Joseph – Mount Saint Joseph Convent, 9701 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118-2694.
