Anna "Betty" Elizabeth Phillips (DiMarcello)

Anna (Betty) Elizabeth DiMarcello Phillips died peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA surrounded by her loving family. She was 71 years old.

Betty was the beloved wife of Kenneth (Tom) Phillips. The couple had been high school sweethearts and were married for 51 years.

Betty was the daughter of the late Theodore and Anna Eckert DiMarcello. She is the sister of the late David DiMarcello.

In addition to her husband Tom, Betty will be missed by her children, Rachel and Kevin Hoffman, Ken Phillips Jr., and Keith and Jackie Phillips; her three grandsons, Nate Hoffman, Connor Phillips and Cole Phillips; her siblings, Rosemarie and Michael Brendlinger, Tod and Karlin DiMarcello, Peter DiMarcello, Mary and Tom Hines and Linda DiMarcello. Betty will be remembered fondly by her nine nieces and nephews, and eight great-nieces and -nephews.

An outgoing person by nature, Betty loved to be around people.  For about 25 years, Betty was a legal secretary.  As a music-lover, she enjoyed being involved with Nativity of Our Lord Choir for many years as she and Tom grew their family in the Warminster area. While living in Warminster as her two boys played football for many years, she was an active board member of the Warminster Pioneer Football Association. After moving to Langhorne, she joined the Choir at the Villages of Flowers Mill.  Betty will be remembered by her daughter as an avid reader.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Betty’s family on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 10:00am, until the start of her Funeral Mass, 12:00pm at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Road in Newtown, PA 18940. Her interment will take place privately.
