Candida M. Hall (Caruso)

Candida M. Hall of New Hope died peacefully on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Pine Run Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 73.

Candida was the beloved wife of 48 years to the late Edward F. Hall. Born in Paterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Candida (Grossi) Caruso.

Candida was a former resident of Mine Hill, NJ for over 35 years before moving to New Hope in 2013. She worked as an OR nurse. She spent several years raising her young children before returning to work as a school nurse, and then as an administrative assistant until her retirement. Known as Candy to her family and friends, she will be remembered as a caring mom, a strong person, and a loyal friend.

Candida is survived by her loving and devoted children; Matthew E. Hall and his wife Stephanie of Pennington, NJ, and Meredith M. Hall and her wife Jennifer of Pompton Lakes, NJ. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, Jacob, Luke, Cecilia and Thomas.

Candida’s family will receive friends on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 11:00 am until her Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon at North and Southampton Reformed Church, 1380 Bristol Road, Churchville, PA 18966. Please join the family for a repast at the church following the service until 3pm. The family has requested that Candida’s interment be held privately.
