Thomas E. Truchel

Thomas E. Truchel of Rydal, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.  He is survived by his wife Catherine and children, Debra (Alfonso), Thomas (Tara), Craig (Anna), and ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and one brother John (Cindy).  He was preceded in death by his son Gary Michael and his parents, Edmund and Laura Bulsza Truchel.

Tom served as a Staff Sargeant in the U.S. 11th Airborne Division. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan. He was a pilot whose dream of owning his own airplane became a reality.

Relative and friends are invited to visit with his family on January 26, 2023 from 9:00 am until his funeral service at 10:00 am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Interment with Military Honors to take place immediately following the service at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
