Rosanne A. Humphreys (Alessio)

Rosanne Alessio Humphreys, 72, of Warminster PA, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Norman E. “Bud” Humphreys.

Born April 29, 1951 in Philadelphia, she was the beloved daughter of the late Silvio and Joan Alessio.

Rosanne grew up in the Frankford & Northwood neighborhoods within the City of Brotherly Love, and she always exemplified the truest form of that idiom. If Rosanne knew someone was going through any kind of hurdle in their life, she was there making sure you were never alone & to fight in your corner with you.  Her generosity of spirit was boundless.

After graduating from Frankford High School, Rosanne went to work for the Robert Bruce clothing company, eventually moving to California to be an integral part of the sales & PR team.  She oversaw many aspects of the trade show details, sales events, and galas.

Her time in California suited her love of sun, surf, and boating. Rosanne’s love of the beach scene would remain with her throughout her life.  She made many great memories down the Jersey shore after moving closer to family.

When she was ready to start the next chapter of her life in the mid-1980’s, Rosanne moved back to the Philadelphia area and built a new career for herself in the Jewelry business.  Working first with the Gerace Jewelers team on Frankford Avenue, she eventually moved on to Infinity Jewelers in the Mayfair area of the city. She was there with Kevin, the owner, from the very earliest of days, building lasting relationships with the members of the community.

After meeting & falling in love with Buddy, they married in the Summer of 1989, building a home together that was filled with love.

Rosanne’s greatest source of joy was spending time with her family.

Roseanne & Buddy cherished those opportunities for creating special & lasting memories with their son, siblings and their spouses, nieces & nephews, as well as their parents for as long as they were blessed to have them. These are the memories that will sustain us.

Along with her husband, Bud, Rosanne is survived by their son, Scott (Gina); their grandson, Timmy; siblings: Anthony (Linda) Alessio, Charlene (David) Brownback; in-laws: Patty (John) Dzubak, Sue Neiss, Mike (Janie) Humphreys; nieces & nephews: Jamie (Kyle), Melissa, Anthony, David (Karyn), Nicole, Jason (Rose), JR (Grace), Shane (Stefanie), Rachel, Amy, Andrew, Michael (Annie), Katelyn (Bill), Christina (Jon); great-nieces & nephews: Charlie, Lucy, Adrian, Autumn, Jacob, Leah, James, Nolan, Elle, Seth, Kaden, Michael, Emma
