Richard Tulio

Richard Albert Tulio, of Chalfont, passed suddenly at home and much too soon on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 61 years of age.

He was a soft-spoken, sensitive, easy-going man with a dry wit that entertained everyone. Whether you were a family member, close friend, or acquaintance, to know Richard was to love him and be grateful he was part of your life. He had the kindest, caring heart and would do anything he could to help someone in need.

More than anything else, Richard would want to be remembered for the devoted family man he was. His wife Lori (Martin) was the love of his life. They celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary on March 3, 2023, by renewing their vows at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

Richard was the model of a devoted father to his only child, Kaitlin Ann, who is newly engaged. He and Kaitlin had recently begun practicing the father-daughter dance.

Kaitlin’s love of soccer led Richard to become a coach in the Pennsylvania Rush Soccer Club for 13 years, also serving as President for a period. He loved being involved in his daughter’s life this way, as well as the lives of Kaitlin’s teammates and their parents.

A selfless man, it was only after Kaitlin went off to college that Richard felt entitled to reunite himself with golf, the game he loved. He played his final round in the Tuesday league at Spring Mill Country Club on the evening of his passing.

Richard was an integral part of RAM Technologies for over three decades. At the time of passing, he served as Vice President of Information Technologies.

Born in Philadelphia, Richard was the son of the late Albert and Nancy (Guarino) Tulio. He was the brother of the late Albert Tulio and the son-in-law of the late Richard and Marjorie Martin.

In addition to his wife Lori, Richard will be missed and remembered by his daughter Kaitlin and her fiancé Joseph Caltabiano; his sister Gari Silver and her husband David Riccio; his brother Robert Tulio and his wife Susan; three sister-in-laws: Angela Tulio and Marc Schwartz, Valerie Fuller and her husband Dave Croll, Stacy O’Connor, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to Richard’s celebration of life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joseph A Fluehr III Funeral Home at 241 East Butler Avenue in New Britain, PA 18901. The Memorial Service will immediately follow. The interment is private.
