Frank Casper

Frank R. Casper, 84, of Levittown, passed away quickly on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

Born April 27, 1939 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Frank and Lillian (Theiroff) Kasper. He is the brother of the late Gary Casper.

Frank was a hardworking crane operator for many years, and considered among the best in his business. He wore many hats throughout his life, including a Navy Veteran, husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed his later years in peace with a small circle of friends and family. He enjoyed joking with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He also loved the ponies and card tricks as he was an avid handicapper and card enthusiast.

He is survived by his two sons; Francis R. Casper and his wife Catherine and Michael L. Casper and his wife Carolina.  He is also survived by five grandchildren, Ray, Jennifer, Danielle, Kristin and Sean and three great-grandchildren, Frankie, Louie, and Noah. Frank is also survived by his brother Glen, and his family.

Services and interment will be held privately in separate ceremonies.
