

Ida Ingram (Stewart)
Ida May Ingram (Dec. 16, 1943 - Aug. 26, 2023) affectionately known as Mable to her family and friends, passed away at home surrounded by her family.
Born in St. Mary parish, Jamaica to Miss Birdie Birdie (Catherine Stewart), Mable moved to Montego Bay in her teens with her brothers, where she owned her own bar. While in her mid-40s, Mable made the brave decision to move to the U.S. and settled in Philadelphia. Here she found employment with Special Care and worked as a nurse’s aid until she retired in 2007. Upon retirement, Mable lived between Jamaica and the U.S., as she had family in both countries.
Mable was married to Eric “Mr. Bill” Morsby while living in Jamaica prior to their divorce. She re-married Albert Ingram while living in the U.S., whom preceded her death.
She is preceded in death by her mother Catherine Stewart, siblings: (brothers) Segri, Emmerce, Oswald, Third World, and Lloyd and (sister) Edita, and her granddaughter: Natalia “Nikki” Robinson. She is survived by her sister Gloria, her two loving sons, Lincoln Robinson and his wife Lilith (Nelly) and Michael Morsby and his wife Andrea, four grandchildren: Jenelle Ashley and her husband Douglas Ashley, Lincoln “Kirk” Robinson and his wife Toni-Ann, Xander Morsby and Aria Morsby, and six great grandchildren: Aaron, Rachel, Leah, Jared, Diana, and Kathryn “Kai.”
Ida's family will receive friends on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass at 11:00AM at the Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Catholic Church, located at 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA.
She will be remembered for her strength, straightforwardness, work ethic and determination.
Mums we will miss and love you forever. Rest in peace.
